So if you want to quit and avoid smoking, first thing to do is to avoid stress. So how to avoid stress? Tip #2 :  Seek For Support

    Like what we said to complete avoid smoking, it basically needs a support from each family member and friends because it’s really not easy. Also when you have a friend or a family member who have the same condition like you, why not both of you team up  for this mission? That would be a lot easier for sure.

Tip #3:  Healthy Food  Choice

    Another tip to avoid smoking, is eating the right and healthy food. Fruits, vegetables, food supplements, vitamins and etc can totally help for a healthy life.

Tip #4:  Be Busy

    Did you know that people smoke because they don’t have something to do? So be busy without being stress. For example, cleaning the entire house including washing your clothes that still smells cigarettes. Helping your siblings and nephews/nieces with their assignments. You will surely forget about smoking. But  if it still not effective, why not invest all your free time in exercise. Does that make sense? 🙂

Tip #5:  Don’t Forget To Reward Yourself

Rewarding yourself for all your hard work to avoid smoking  is also a thing you must do. You know it’s not easy, right? So spend your money buying new clothes, gadgets, eating at fancy restaurants and etc . even once a while.

     Don’t rush things to fast because there’s no shortcut for your dream success. Actually it’s normal when we think that we can complete these process for a month, for a week or even just a day.   1. These are very helpful tips for those who are wanting to quit smoking. I agree about not rushing yourself because you will be unsuccessful if you are not yet ready to let go of it.

  2. I don’t smoke, thank goodness. I heard that many smokers struggle to stop but they hardly can. Some even undergo withdrawal syndrome. In my home city Davao, you can’t smoke in public places. That’s a good way of curbing smoking, especially for those who are yet to start. They’d find it hard to start in the first place.

  10. My father died as a smoker. I believe smoking was the reason why he had diabetes and then eventually have a respiratory breakdown. He started at an early age I think and as he grew old it became harder to quit smoking. The best way is to avoid smoking or if you are smoking, do your best to quit earlier.
